The Outdoor LED Subscription is a managed service, not financing, lease-to-own, or an installment sale. True Tech Signs retains ownership of subscribed digital display equipment unless a separate signed ownership agreement expressly provides otherwise. Subscription payments do not build equity or automatically transfer ownership after 60 months.

Services and Separately Quoted Project Costs

Equipment use and software, connectivity, warranty, labor, support, and eligible five-year technology review or refresh benefits follow your agreement. Installation and site-specific project costs are quoted separately unless expressly included in your written proposal. Freight, poles, foundations, electrical work, permits, engineering, surveys, excavation, cranes, old-sign work, structural work, and contractors may be separate; not every expense applies. Paying site costs does not transfer display ownership. Permanent site improvements generally remain at the property; specific equipment ownership follows the agreement.

Compare Subscription vs. Purchase

Subscription: managed equipment use and agreement-specific services, with separately quoted installation/site costs unless expressly included in the proposal; no equity or automatic ownership. Purchase and traditional financing are separate ownership paths under separate agreements and warranties.
