c. Information from Third Parties
- Advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads) may provide lead and campaign performance data

d. Financing & Subscription Application Information
When you complete a financing or Managed Digital Display Service Subscription application directly on our website, we collect the information needed to evaluate and process your application, which may include:

- Owner and authorized-signer contact details, title, and ownership percentage
- Banking, trade, and financial reference information used for credit review
- Your Social Security Number (SSN), which is optional by default — you may submit your application without it, though providing it can help expedite credit review
- Your electronic signature, consent acknowledgment, and the date, time, and reference number of your submission
Sensitive application fields (such as EIN / Tax ID, SSN, and banking details) are encrypted at rest and are never shown in plain text to our general staff — internal team members see only masked values. See Sections 7 and 8 for retention and security details.

4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:
- Service providers: hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and analytics providers who assist us in operating our Services
- Financing partners: when you apply for financing or our subscription program, we share your application with the third-party lender / financing partner that underwrites the program. Sensitive applications are never sent by email; instead, the partner reviews them through a secure, password-protected portal where every access is time-limited, access-capped, and recorded in an audit log.

- Advertising platforms: aggregated, non-personally-identifiable data for ad performance measurement
- Legal compliance: when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request

- Advertising cookies: deliver relevant ads and measure campaign effectiveness through platforms such as Google Ads
You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. When you first visit our site, a cookie consent banner will allow you to accept or decline non-essential cookies.

Implicit Consent
By using Pixel Bot, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this section and throughout this Privacy Policy. If you do not wish for your information to be collected, please do not use the chat feature and contact us directly by phone or email instead.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Lead and customer data is retained for the duration of our business relationship and a reasonable period thereafter. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us (see Section 11).
Financing and subscription application data is retained only for the period needed to process and service your application and to meet legal and recordkeeping obligations. After the configured retention period, the sensitive contents of an application are permanently purged (irreversibly deleted), while limited non-sensitive metadata (such as a reference number and status) may be kept for our records. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us (see Section 11).
8. Data Security

Sensitive financing and subscription application fields (including EIN / Tax ID, SSN, and banking information) are additionally encrypted at rest using AES-256 authenticated encryption, are masked in internal admin views, and are accessible in full only to authorized financing partners through a secure, audited review portal. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Delete your personal information (subject to certain exceptions)

Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the True Tech Signs website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and True Tech Signs, LLC ("True Tech Signs," "we," "us," or "our"), located in Benton, Missouri.
2. Description of Services
True Tech Signs provides outdoor LED monument signs, indoor LED video walls, and related products and services. Our digital platform includes tools for sign visualization, product browsing, estimate generation, financing pre-qualification, and customer account management. Services may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
3. User Accounts
Certain features require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Estimates and Pricing
Estimates provided through our platform are for informational purposes and do not constitute a binding offer or contract. All estimates are subject to an expiration date as specified in the estimate. Pricing, specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice. A binding agreement is formed only upon execution of a separate purchase agreement or written acceptance by True Tech Signs.
5. Financing
Financing options referenced on our platform are provided through third-party financing partners. True Tech Signs does not act as a lender or financial institution. All financing is subject to credit approval and the terms and conditions of the financing provider. True Tech Signs makes no guarantees regarding financing approval, interest rates, or payment terms. Financing and subscription applications are completed securely on the True Tech Signs website. By submitting an application, you authorize True Tech Signs to share your application information with its financing partner(s) for credit review and program servicing, and you agree to the authorizations and disclosures presented to you at the time of submission. Sensitive application data is encrypted at rest and shared with financing partners only through a secure, access-controlled review process.
5a. Managed Digital Display Service Program — Five-Year Renewal & Rate Adjustment Policy
The True Tech Signs Managed Digital Display Service Program is a five-year renewable Managed Digital Display Service Subscription. True Tech Signs retains sole ownership of all Company-Owned Display Infrastructure throughout the program. The following terms apply to the renewal and pricing adjustment process:
- Five-year renewal cycle: Each service subscription term is structured as five (5) years. Continuation of the program beyond the initial term requires a signed renewal agreement.
- Right to adjust Monthly Managed Service Subscription Fee at renewal: At each five-year renewal, True Tech Signs reserves the right to adjust the Monthly Managed Service Subscription Fee for the upcoming renewal term. Adjustments, if any, will be based on factors including but not limited to: the then-current market value of the Company-Owned Display Infrastructure, equipment and component production costs, prevailing interest rates, financing costs, carrier and connectivity costs, software platform costs, and general market and economic conditions at the time of renewal.
- Commitment to affordability: True Tech Signs strives to keep the Monthly Managed Service Subscription Fee as affordable and as low as reasonably possible for customers in good standing. Any rate adjustment will reflect genuine cost and market factors, and we make reasonable efforts to minimize increases for loyal, current customers.
- Written notice required: Any adjusted Monthly Managed Service Subscription Fee will be disclosed in the written renewal agreement presented to the customer before the renewal takes effect. The customer must accept the renewal terms, including any updated monthly amount, in writing. Renewal is not effective until signed renewal documents are complete.
- No automatic ownership: Renewal, payment history, or number of terms completed does not transfer ownership of the Company-Owned Display Infrastructure to the customer. Ownership remains with True Tech Signs unless a separate written Optional Ownership Transfer is issued, accepted, and completed.
- Non-acceptance of renewal terms: If a customer does not accept the renewal terms and updated pricing within the time required by True Tech Signs, the subscription will be treated as nonrenewed. True Tech Signs may disable services and arrange retrieval of its Company-Owned Display Infrastructure per the subscription agreement.
Full Managed Digital Display Service Subscription terms, warranty details, insurance requirements, and end-of-term obligations are contained in the signed Managed Digital Display Service Subscription Agreement provided at time of signing. In the event of a conflict between this summary and the signed subscription documents, the signed subscription documents control.
